DESCRIPTION
The 744 SHF yagi offers a directive solution for long range SHF fixed links. The
"aircraft wing" geometry of the radome minimises wind area. The use of a PTFE
printed circuit feed allows wide band operation, and increases antenna power
handling capability. The radome protects the antenna from severe weather
conditions, reduces precipitation noise, and deters the formation of ice.
